Hooked On Pincushions

Finally getting a post up, seems these days all I want to do is stitch a little in between having to do all the other life stuff.....I have been hooked on pincushions after making the purple/lavender/teal one for my Granddaughter, here are 2 more that I enjoyed creating and now I have a plan to make a few for gifts, a few for church to raise money for their quilting group in the fall and perhaps a few to place in my empty etsy shop, so many combinations you can create which leaves so many possibilities. now I will say I must take a break to study for my written part of my drivers license, argh......I guess they want an eye check too but since I have new glasses and good eyes that won't be a problem so lets see if the ole brain here works.....see ya in a few weeks. Finally caught up again for 29 Faces in 29 Days blog challenge. Here is face 12, she has scribble hair as I was playing and just left her with it! Silly me, a gal has to play a bit!  Now she has a new hairdo it changes her look quite a bit I think:)

I have my granddaughter for half the day into the evening on Thursdays every other week so here is a cheater face from a previous journal until I finish face # 11, will post it tomorrow:)  It works for me because Im keepin' up on my commitment for 29 Faces in 29 Days:)

Yep, a gal left a comment on this blog a day or so ago  saying she was "sick of these post" OMG! what is that all about, yes I marked her as Spam and moved on.... but really was that necessary? Most of my Followers know this is an exercise in practicing faces for 29 days and sticking with it, oh well not my problem to figure out why others say or do what they do..... now Im beginning to see most of my faces are beginning to look alot alike so maybe I'm developing my own style and haven't got there yet, what ever the case I hope to improve in time and I'm not afraid to show the "good, bad or the ugly....lol and eventually will add color to all of them, boy that will be fun!!
